Donna's Mission Statement: 

To empower victims of sexual assault to report and prosecute. 
To assure that their rights be attained without intimidation. 
To inform, explain and support victims through the Judicial Process. 
To educate victims of the laws and statutes (960.0) which were written to serve and protect them.  (Florida Statutes) 

Objective:   Balancing the rights for victims of crime.

Work experience: 
     1990 to Present Office Manager for a Psychiatric Practice 
Volunteer experience: 
   Phoenix Center, Rape Trauma Center 
   Private Judicial Victim Advocate serving victims in the 20th Circuit

           (Southwest Florida) and Tampa. 
Achievement

  • 1998 -  Authored and Self Published,

  • ‘Undying Will,  A true story of how one
 woman survived a brutal rape and near murder to bring her attacker  to justice.’ 

Community activities: 
  •  2001 -2003 - Sponsored and Coordinated Annual Tennis Tournament Fundraiser    for our local Rape Trauma Center, dba Phoenix Center.
  • Raising reward money, along with the family, toward the arrest and              prosecution of the  person responsible for brutally raping their 74 year old Mom.
